Big thanks to Jeff for replacing our pump quickly and efficiently so we could have a working toilet for our programs. Jeff was able to come to the Highlands FSC on a Saturday morning. He took the broken pieces out and explained exactly what was wrong and why it continuously stopped working. He had the needed parts and replaced it very quickly.
